We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase (Order#).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Starting your returns is easy
  • Enter your order#, email address or phone number to sign in at Returns & exchange center
  • Go to your order history, select the order and items you want to return or exchange and follow the instructions, 
only 4 steps complete the returns request and submit.
  • Once your request is approved, you will get email updates notifications with shipping guidelines.
What items are returnable?(eligible for returns)
  • For all unused and resellable items or for defective items.
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (Order#)
What items and exceptions are non-refundable?
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like furniture, rugs, carpet, party supplies, gift cards, discounted items (if applicable), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at info@arlikinteriors.ca
Damage, loss, or theft issues
  • If the purchased product is defective, reach out to us within 72 hours of the delivered date.
  • If the purchased product is lost in transit. Please contact us immediately. We insure all orders, and we are responsible for your orders in transit till it is delivered. Customers are responsible for the completeness of their address to ensure successful delivery.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to place another order and return the item you have for a refund. We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants or similar items of the same price. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you. We offer free returns for exchange for orders over $100 in Canada only.

  • Refund to store credit.
How soon will I get my refund?
  • After your return has been processed, you will receive a refund notice from us and it will take an additional 4-10 business days for the refund to be returned to your original payment method. All refund for store credit is immediate.
